Jennifer’s entire career has been in Real Estate since she graduated with her B.COMM Honours from the Queen’s School of Business in 2005. Jennifer Van Sickle is a heart centred visionary who is motivated by her souls’ desires to help people – both clients and colleagues. In the industry she has a strong reputation as a tough negotiator (Certified Negotiation Expert Designation, CNE) which she executes in a friendly and professional manner.

The growth of her business and team has been built on repeat and referral business which she takes great pride in as it speaks volumes to her level of service. She is a 5-year consecutive award-winning Real Estate Agent with her most recent recognition as the recipient of the 2022 Red Diamond Award (Top 2%) and 2022 National Top 10% Award.

Bethany Sturtridge

Sales Representative

Bethany is a dedicated full-time local realtor who is truly passionate about real estate. She was recently awarded the 2022 Red Diamond Award (Top 2%) and National Top 10% award as part of the Jennifer Van Sickle Team. Bethany will always be focused on you and how to make your real estate goals a reality.

Prior to her real estate career, Bethany spent 12 years working in wealth management at multiple Big Five banks. During this time she received a Certificate in Advanced Investment Advice.

Her education and designation as a Certified Negotiation Expert will ensure you are represented by a true professional.

Ali Marcoccia

Sales Representative

Ali Marcoccia (formerly O’Neill) is an accomplished Realtor® with over 14 years of experience in the home improvement and real estate industry. With a strong background in Finance, Advertising, and Project Management, Ali has a proven track record of delivering exceptional results for her clients and employers alike.

Ali holds an Honours BCom in Finance from McMaster University, and most recently earned a post-graduate certification in Property Valuation from the University of British Columbia. In addition to serving her Real Estate clients, Ali is an active member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, performing residential property appraisals for several Big Banks and B Lenders in the GTA.

Ali was born and raised in Hamilton, and after spending the past 10 years in Toronto, currently resides in Burlington with her husband. Ali prides herself in delivering the highest level of service to her clients, consecutively earning the Service Excellence Award each year in business. Ali earned the Red Diamond Award in 2020 and 2021, and the Individual President’s Gold Award in 2022.

Rebecca Jones

Client Care Specialist/Administrator

Rebecca is the team’s dedicated full time Client Care Specialist/Administrator. She will be facilitating our clients real estate process to make it as smooth and as enjoyable as possible, taking care of every detail along the way.

Rebecca holds an Honours BA from Carleton University and most recently completed the Ontario Mortgage Agent Course to add to her list of skills and competencies. Earlier in her career, Rebecca spent more than 10 years working as a Business Consultant with a focus on application design and process improvement.

Rebecca is an honest, reliable and hard working professional with a proven track record of delivering impeccable results. She can’t wait to work with our clients to help make their real estate experience with us a truly exceptional one!
